Delivery

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

UK delivery is £2.95, or free when you spend £25 or more. Orders are sent by Royal Mail and should usually arrive within 3–5 working days.

Free local delivery is available within 5 miles. If your address is eligible, this option will appear automatically at checkout.

As everything is printed by hand, I’ll always package your print carefully to make sure it reaches you safely.

Returns

I hope you’ll love your print, but if you change your mind, that’s absolutely fine.

You can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please get in touch before sending anything back so I can provide the return details.

Unless your order is faulty or damaged, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning it. Please return your print in its original condition and package it carefully so it isn’t damaged on its way back.

Once your return has arrived, I’ll arrange your refund to your original payment method.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or there’s a problem with it, please get in touch as soon as possible and include a photograph if you can. I’ll get it sorted for you.
